You can contact one of our Technicians to ask questions about the problems you're experiencing or general questions. We are here to help. Chat Service also allow us to remote into your PC to help resolve an issue if needed and if you approve us doing so.

Hours of Operation

Chat Services are currently available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm Eastern Time.

The Chat Service is not available on Christmas Day and New Year's Day

Language Support

Currently live chat only support english speaking technicians. Our technicians will try and support you via Google Translate but please understand foreign language support is limited.

Response Time

We support customers from all over the globe so there could be a delay in our response when requesting chat support. All chat requests are answered in the order in which they are received; an average wait time will be displayed at the top of the chat window once started. A technician will normally respond in 5 minutes or less.

If you're having issues with a specific PC and want us to remote in, please launch the chat session or application on the PC with the issue.

If you are a Cummins Employee, please identify yourself and provide your machine name and IP address so we can remote in via other means, because remote sessions must be performed a different way than with Logmein Rescue.
